The Quick-EZ Hook-and-Loop Closure on the straps allows for easier and faster on-and-off application, with secure adjustment. The TIKON SHEET and SPONGE-X PADDING are used in the 60cm long, 36cm wide, and 13cm thick strike pads, providing a sturdy and wide target area for comfortable kick practice.
